Welcome to the Pavilion! It’s been a minute in the making, but the day is finally here. We are excited to offer you an excellent group of instructors that will benefit you in a variety of ways. Whether you want to improve your game, or “game of life”, let our Rivermont Team help you achieve those goals. We all look forward to partnering with you to get you stronger, more flexible and more ready than ever, so that you can live your best life and play your game to your full potential.
Meet the Rivermont Pavilion Team - Pavilion
Dr. Kim is a physical therapist and is also TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified. He is well equipped to help you with any physical needs you might have.
Nathalie has been teaching yoga for seven (7) years. She enjoys teaching classes that combine the connection between the mind, body, and soul, with other life activities such as running, golfing, and functional fitness. She will be offering gentle restorative yoga, flow yoga, and core strength yoga to our schedule.
Cara has been teaching Pilates for more than a decade. She has enjoyed achieving certificates in Pilates for Golf, Pilates for Neurological Conditions, and as well as recently becoming TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified. She will be offering group Pilates classes as well as private sessions.
